About the role
This is not a shadowing internship. You will be assigned real tickets on live projects, with a senior engineer as your mentor and every change going through review.
Strong performers are offered a full-time role at the end of the six months. We would rather grow engineers than only hire them.
What you will do
- Work through assigned tickets on live client projects
- Write tests for the code you contribute
- Participate in code review, both receiving and giving
- Document what you build for the people who come after you
- Ask questions early rather than staying stuck
What we are looking for
- Final-year student or recent graduate in CS, IT or related
- Working knowledge of at least one of PHP, JavaScript or Python
- Understanding of databases and basic SQL
- A project, however small, that you can walk us through
- Genuine curiosity and willingness to take feedback
