Most business owners who contact us describe the same situation. They are paying for ads, perhaps boosting posts, perhaps paying someone for social media, and the monthly report shows impressions, clicks and reach. What it does not show is which of those clicks became a phone call, a demo request or a sale. The sales team says the leads are poor; the agency says the campaigns are performing. Both may be right, and nobody can prove it.
Other common symptoms: the website form sends enquiries to an inbox nobody checks quickly; the landing page is the home page, so visitors from a specific ad have to hunt for what they clicked on; GA4 was installed once and never configured, so conversions are either missing or counted twice; and the CRM has no field for where a lead came from. Each of these is fixable, and fixing them often changes the picture of which campaigns are worth keeping.
Paid search produces enquiries soonest, because it puts you in front of people already searching for what you sell, and it stops the moment you stop paying. Content marketing and SEO take longer to build but keep working without per-click costs, and they support every other channel by giving visitors something worth reading. Social media, especially LinkedIn for B2B, builds familiarity with people who are not searching yet.
For most businesses we suggest fixing tracking first, running focused search campaigns to learn which offers and keywords produce good leads, and using what that data shows to decide what content to write. If organic search is a priority, our SEO service covers it in depth.
